Ray Langlois founded Langlois Consultant Services, LLC. to help nonprofits thrive by providing innovative solutions in strategic planning, leadership development, and organizational management. Driven by a passion for empowering others, he aims to amplify impact and strengthen organizations so that they can better serve their communities with purpose and resilience.

Meet Ray

Ray Langlois, M. Ed., is the Managing Director of Chisholm Trail Communities Foundation. He has almost a decade of experience in nonprofit consulting, leadership development, and community engagement experience.

In 2017, he created Langlois Consultant Services LLC. Before that, Ray enjoyed a 33-year career in education, retiring as a district director and former campus principal.

Based in Cedar Park, Texas, Ray has been deeply involved in the Central Texas nonprofit community.

Ray and his wife raised their two sons in Cedar Park, and he is proud to be a 4th Degree Knight of Columbus.

Outside work, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, fishing, traveling, and supporting local charitable causes.

A passionate advocate for community development, Ray has served on several boards and has led numerous strategic initiatives with nonprofits throughout Williamson County and Central Texas.
