You don’t have to lead change alone. When we work together, I’ll help you clarify your direction, strengthen your team, and align your strategy with your mission. You’ll gain the tools, insight, and confidence to lead with purpose—so your organization can thrive, not just survive.
“At Langlois Consultant Services, we exist to empower nonprofits and mission-driven organizations to lead with clarity, plan with purpose, and grow sustainably—because when leaders thrive, communities do too.” – Ray Langlois, Founder and Principal
You don’t need another binder full of ideas—you need a partner who helps you turn vision into focused, practical action.
You need someone who has walked in your shoes and understands the complexity of this work.
Clients choose LCS because I work with you.
Here’s what makes our work different:
You won’t get a canned approach or copy-paste strategies.
Whether you’re facing board challenges, leadership transitions, or strategic uncertainty, I help you cut through the noise and focus on what matters most.
Clients tell me I create spaces where everyone feels heard—then help turn those voices into action.
The work doesn’t end with the last meeting. I provide practical tools, follow-up resources, and ongoing support that help maintain momentum long after our initial engagement.
I started Langlois Consultant Services in 2017 with a clear mission: to help nonprofits and mission-driven leaders not just stay afloat—but thrive. After 33 years in public education, serving as a principal and district leader, I saw how strong leadership, clear strategy, and genuine partnership could drive real change. That’s the heart of the work I do today.
Based in Cedar Park, I’ve spent years walking alongside organizations across Central Texas—facilitating retreats, coaching leaders, and helping boards navigate key transitions. My approach is steady, collaborative, and grounded in real-world experience.
Guided by faith and committed to service, I bring those principles into every aspect of my work and life.
Outside of consulting, I’m a proud husband and father, a 4th Degree Knight of Columbus, and an active community member. Whether I’m on the golf course, fishing with friends, or supporting local causes, service is part of who I am.
At the core, I believe leadership is about lifting others up—and I’m honored to support those who serve.
