You don’t have to lead change alone. When we work together, I’ll help you clarify your direction, strengthen your team, and align your strategy with your mission. You’ll gain the tools, insight, and confidence to lead with purpose—so your organization can thrive, not just survive.
“At Langlois Consultant Services, we exist to empower nonprofits and mission-driven organizations to lead with clarity, plan with purpose, and grow sustainably—because when leaders thrive, communities do too.” – Ray Langlois, Founder and Principal
You don’t need another binder full of ideas—you need a partner who helps you turn vision into focused, practical action.
You need someone who has walked in your shoes and understands the complexity of this work.
Clients choose LCS because I work with you.
Here’s what makes our work different:
You won’t get a canned approach or copy-paste strategies.
Whether you’re facing board challenges, leadership transitions, or strategic uncertainty, I help you cut through the noise and focus on what matters most.
Clients tell me I create spaces where everyone feels heard—then help turn those voices into action.
The work doesn’t end with the last meeting. I provide practical tools, follow-up resources, and ongoing support that help maintain momentum long after our initial engagement.
I founded Langlois Consultant Services in 2017 with a simple mission: to help those who help others thrive. After 33 years in public education as a teacher, coach, principal, and district leader, I learned that strong leadership begins with listening, trust, and a shared sense of purpose.
Today, I partner with nonprofits, foundations, and community leaders across Central Texas to strengthen leadership, align strategy, and build healthier organizations and communities. My commitment is to provide practical guidance, meaningful collaboration, and lasting results that help organizations move from purpose to progress.
My faith, family, and commitment to service shape both my work and my life. Whether serving my community, mentoring leaders, or facilitating strategic conversations, I believe leadership is ultimately about helping others succeed.
