a personal note from ray

I founded Langlois Consultant Services in 2017 with a simple mission: to help those who help others thrive. After 33 years in public education as a teacher, coach, principal, and district leader, I learned that strong leadership begins with listening, trust, and a shared sense of purpose.

Today, I partner with nonprofits, foundations, and community leaders across Central Texas to strengthen leadership, align strategy, and build healthier organizations and communities. My commitment is to provide practical guidance, meaningful collaboration, and lasting results that help organizations move from purpose to progress.

My faith, family, and commitment to service shape both my work and my life. Whether serving my community, mentoring leaders, or facilitating strategic conversations, I believe leadership is ultimately about helping others succeed.
